Resolved

During scheduled maintenance, a configuration issue in our EU SaaS load balancing layer caused approximately 20 minutes of flow loss. The issue only affected traffic from kproxy agents - other flows remained unaffected.

A configuration file that worked correctly in staging was incompatible with our EU production environment. The issue was identified and resolved immediately once detected.
