Kentik deployed a service update on September 22, 2025 at 21:50 UTC that contained a regression, causing partial data loss for cloud customers. The update was reverted on September 24, 2025 at 19:30 UTC. We have identified the root causes and monitoring gaps that allowed this issue to persist, and are actively implementing fixes to prevent similar incidents.
