On December 9th, 2024, Kentik will be performing an audit of the "Alerting and Notifications" configuration for all Synthetics tests. Values set in the "Counter Reset" field that fall beneath three (3) times the test's frequency will be increased. This change will remove values that no longer make sense for alert configurations and prevent the possibility of alerts clearing immediately upon trigger. No action is required, however, you may choose to update your settings ahead of time. Please reach out to Product Support at support@kentik.com with any questions.
Note: Any ongoing alerts associated with tests that meet the criteria above will clear when updated and may trigger again.
